Working together in community with the cycles of nature.
The seasons of nature show us how there are times when we have more energy, and want to push more (Summer), and times when we need to move slower and go inwards (Winter). Alongside this is the 27-29 day moon cycle which also has times of goal setting and taking action (new moon), alongside times of letting go (full moon), and going inwards; moving slower. By tuning into these seasons more, we can try to tune out the noise around us and learn to listen to the whispers or our intuition. What do you want most from this precious life, if you followed your heart?

You don't have to figure this out alone. At Nurturing with Nature we come together as a community to support and witness each other on this life journey we're all on.
This Is Our Story
My name is Becky, and I’ve always loved being in nature, even when I didn’t realise it. All my childhood holidays were spent near the beautiful beaches of Devon and Cornwall, and they’re my happiest memories from that time in my life. As an adult, I have continued my holidays in that style, always near nature of some kind.

In my early 30s, my friends and I would periodically go for walks in nature, and I always loved them and felt filled up by them, but it still wasn’t something I did regularly.
It was only when I went through a difficult break up in my mid-30s that I started walking in nature often.

Testimonials
I have never been to a woman's circle before and it was such a lovely experience. It allowed me to relax and decompress in a safe environment. Becky is a warm and welcoming facilitator, who puts everyone at ease as she guides them through the process. I loved it!

Becky creates such a safe space that is not only welcoming and nurturing, but allows us to all come as we are, with no judgement, to listen and learn. It's such a joy to be able to step outside the busyness of our normal lives for a precious hour, giving us time for self reflection, meditation, and intention setting to gently guide us towards self-growth.

My first circle was such a rewarding time spent with a community of like minded people being heard, accepted, and supported by each other. Becky created a safe space where we could meditate, journal, reflect, accept feedback, and be kind to ourselves.
